EASY On-Line ORDERING

Simply add your items to the shopping cart and go through check-out. Our shopping cart system is smart enough to notify you if you forgot to fill out a necessary field!

PHONE ORDERS

Phone orders are accepted by calling us at (817) 626-5550 during our business hours 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday CST. For fastest service, please have your VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card number ready when you call. We cannot accept C.O.D. orders. If you prefer to mail in your payment, please enclose a check or money order for the full purchase amount. Your order will ship when the funds clear or in about 10 days to 2 weeks. Please, do not send cash.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Place your order on-line, e-mail your request to service1@airsource1.com or fax your request to (817) 626-2882. Air Source One will fax or email a proforma invoice as confirmation. Before merchandise is released for International delivery, you must sign the order confirmation form and fax it back to Air Source One. The order confirmation form will include total order costs complete with shipping charges, estimated delivery times and bank wire transfer information. On-Line shipping estimates will be confirmed on the order confirmation form. Air Source One will ship only to a freight forwarder in the U.S. that that has a verifiable relationship with the customer. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes that apply to International shipments. International orders must be paid in U.S. funds via bank wire transfer. Air Source One must have a signed order confirmation prior to shipping.

 

SALES TAXES

Texas law requires that we collect 8.25% state and local tax on all merchandise shipped to addresses within the State of Texas.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most merchandise is shipped directly from our catalogue and retail headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas and usually ships the same day orders are received or when funds clear. Weekend and holiday orders are shipped the next business day. Due to the high demand of some products and or backordering issues with our manufacturers, we may not have your entire order available for immediate shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise has actually been shipped. If we cannot ship your immediately or if there is some peculiarity with your order, we will contact you to resolve any issue. We automatically ship UPS and do not ship to a Post Office box. Orders over $ 100.00 are labeled "Adult Signature Required".

Shipping is not a profit center. Our website estimates shipping and may not be the least expensive service available. Air Source One will automatically upgrade your delivery service to the fastest available service based on the on-line shipping charges. Express deliveries are shipped UPS Red.

You are encouraged to visit our Specialty Retail store at 4200 North Main Street and browse through the many aisles of new and exciting aviation products.

HOLIDAY HOURS

So that our employees may spend holidays with their families, our phones will not be staffed on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

 

 

EXCHANGING OR RETURNING MERCHANDISE

If, within the first 30 days, your merchandise is defective or if you are simply unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. Have your original receipt information ready to provide our staff with transaction information. Please return your order to us insured and prepaid. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery we recommend you use commercial carriers such as UPS or Federal Express. Up to a 20% re-stock fee may be charged in some instances. Shipping fees are not refundable, however, there is no shipping fee for product replacement. Credit card refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item. Merchandise must be returned in like-new condition.

Extended warranties are with the manufacturer. However if within the first 30 days, you have an product failure, please return the faulty product with all the original parts and packaging and Air Source One will replace the product for you from stock at no charge.

Please carefully note: Charts, close-outs, discounted specials and special order items are not returnable. Used, damaged or defaced merchandise will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
